Welcome to The Catering Company. Founded in 1989 by professional chefs Suzanne Kallick Gilliam and Jim Gilliam, The Catering Company’s excellent reputation for wonderful food, fine service and unique presentation is well-documented and well-deserved.

The Catering Company enjoys a priority standing in the event community and is known for flawless off-premise special events of every size and type, and is particularly known for excellence in producing very large, high profile and multi-faceted events.

We are a full-service catering and event planning company composed of a highly organized team of event planners, concept designers, managers and chefs. We are driven to create inspired events with unmatched structure and individual character. Client relationships are the foundation on which our firm is built and continues to be the cornerstone of The Catering Company.
